Considering swapping the loxia but we'll see.
Loxia is fantastic as we all know....but definitely more versatility out of the 24 as the wide aperture can make for some nice documentary style photos.

I had the canon II and the sigma for a long time but always had some focus issues I tend to hate lenses that gives me problems. This GM is lighter and I’m pretty confident focus issues are resolved. My Sigma E mount 24f1.4 Art has been Absolutely rock solid in auto focus. Even my adopted 24L Mk2 With Sigma adaptor has been extremely fast in auto focus and accurate. 5Dmkiv |5Dmkiii | 24LmkII | 85 mkII L | | 16-35L mkII | 24-70 f/2.8L mkii| 70-200 f/2.8 ISL mkII| 600EX-RT x2 | 580 EX II x2 | Einstein's

Miranda1 Goldmember More info Post edited over 5 years ago by Miranda1. | Oct 27, 2018 18:13 | #21815 24 is a FL that I just never really bought into as a lanscape FL, I much prefer 21mm and my Loxia will likely be with me for as long as I'm into photography or until it falls apart I did use the Canon 24 TSE2 for a number of years but primarily for achitectural work or 3 shift panos, it's now long gone. I do on occasion go on the various boards and check out the sample images but at this point I don't think it's a lens I will be adding anytime soon. I can see the allure of this lens hower give it's wide aperture especially for the astro guys. Sony A1, A7R2

Oct 28, 2018 05:29 | #21822 Caved and upgraded my mid-2014 MacBook Pro (15", 2.5 i7, 16 GB ram) to a 2.9 i9 w/ 32 GB ram. I don't go to the lengths of editing that many here do and I prefer to have 1 machine that is portable. I decided to do a fresh install as I was carrying the last install for quite some time. Took a bit of looking to get some of my Lightroom stuff moved over, but otherwise things have gone smoothly. The new machine is great. Noticeably quicker than my 4 year old machine. I also went from 512 GB storage on the last one to 1 TB on this one, so I can keep more stuff local rather than cloud. Nothing to share yet - I've been suffering through one of my bad migraines I get. Thankfully I'm down to 2-3 a year that are this bad. I used to get one every month or 2. If anyone is interested in my Mid 2014 shoot me a PM. It's in great shape. I'm planning to post it as soon as I get some pictures. Canon EOS M6 Mark II - EOS R5

TRhoads Cream of the Crop More info | Oct 28, 2018 08:39 | #21824 I went out early yesterday at my one chance to shoot some fall color this year. The color is a little, well, a lot late this year, and mostly dull, but at Cloudland Canyon the colors were not dull at all. I didn't have the 70-200 with me...complete n00b move...but the 85 GM filled in nicely. Image hosted by forum (940544) © TRhoads [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. I can cram so much in this thing I can barely pick it up, or I can go light like this past weekend and it carries it effortlessly and doesn't strain my back.
