Vinz this bug was long dead, almost forgotten, Found him dead too this pas summer. I
was surprised his eyes had not sunk in.

Poof saw it first posted up and asked why I didn't puff the eyes with my Rocket Blower to
clean him up a bit!

So sorry for posting up a dirty bug :)

And a little Gear pr0n...the Mindshift Backlight 36L in its element...I have decided this is the best bag I have owned, for my frame size, this is the best size, when going light or going heavy. I can cram so much in this thing I can barely pick it up, or I can go light like this past weekend and it carries it effortlessly and doesn't strain my back.

If anyone is interested in one...they are back in stock now in all 3 sizes, and I have signed on as an ambassador for Mindshift, if you use this link...you can get a free item and free shipping...

And it's a good looking pack too. Some of the new offerings out there look like crapola. I think with judicious packing you could over night on the trail/hostel/wherever out of it too.
....the part about 'barely pick it up', that's why I sold the PD 30L. I'd do just that=too much stuff packed.

Upgraded one of the 5 tables in the campervan, from 8 pounds of plastic to a 3 pound
version in aluminum diamond plate-

You guys will appreciate that the adjustable leg is my monopod which is always in the camper :)

The table when not in use will hang on a couple of support bars, but metal to metal is to be avoided for noise.
So between macro sessions in the middle of the night I Plasti-dipped the hangers several coats-

Oh yeah, 50 shots.
Love the lens for studio work. Now if you're talented it would work on the living outside but 2.5x is the minimum.

Think Tank bags are the only ones I'll buy now. Streetwalker Roller and I have the Trifecta 10 which they quit making. My wife uses a smaller 10 series mirrorless shoulder bag. I forget the exact one but they don't make it anymore either.

Think Tank and Mindshift are one and the same now...they are really well thought out...I have a Speedfreak and a Citywalker that I really like.

how do you like it? is it sharp wide open? how about the color rendering and the bokeh. I've been watching this lens. i love the 105mm focal length. I'm not sure about the size but thinking about those who shoot with a 200mm F2 like Lisa Holloway and Meg Bitton, i think it'll be fine.

greet shots.

You should try peak for their small bags, better than the think tank smaller bags. I would love another backpack with the flip side style. Hate having to put the bag down ever, was hiking yesterday and my shooting buddy had no choice but to put down the bag, totally dirty after the shoot.

Peaks clip system is amazing and works together with the bags, makes all the difference.

That's a good looking bag and probably really functional but I couldn't possibly imagine carrying it full of equiptment, if I can't comfortably pickit up it's definately not gong on my back.

Never tried the peak design, I have a number of the Think Tanks Retrospective canvas bags that I really like, it's my around the city camera bag. I agree with you on the Peak design clip system, I picked up their Clutch handstrap to tes with my Sony body and it's really well thought out.
