KayakPhotos Goldmember More info Post edited over 5 years ago by KayakPhotos. | Oct 29, 2018 09:52 | #21859 I thought I would share my macro rig with the group. On a separate note, the a7r III is excellent for macro with the high resolution viewfinder and high resolution. It includes the following components: 1.) nodal rail- attaches to bottom of L bracket and extends out along the lens. I attach my flash bracket to this. 2.) Wimberly f-2 flash bracket. There are a lot of DIY methods to flash brackets, but I like that I can fold this up small to go into a bag and it is very adjustable. 3.) Nissin i40 flash. I love this flash. TTL compatible, small and light 4.) Vello off camera Sony chord 5.) lumiquest softbox Just a thought from Daniel

navydoc Cream of the Crop More info | Oct 29, 2018 11:01 | #21861 Speaking of sharing, while getting ready to fix a couple of eggs for breakfast this morning, I thought I'd share my 'double-decker' egg storage container for my refrigerator. I cut the tops off of a couple of thin Styrofoam egg cartons so I could stack them in the clear plastic egg container that came with my refrigerator. This protects the eggs better and increases egg storage space, a win, win. Gene - My Photo Gallery ||
