When watching I wanted it to keep going.

At first, I thought you flew a drone to get the hyperlapse. Nice job.

That's what I thought.

Is a hyperlapse where you move the camera a little each shot then? Is so, how much did you have to move to the right to achieve that?

I'm still undecided on the E mount 40/1.2..... Luckily, it's still out of stock anyway at the moment.....

Lol thanks, I do have a few more timelapse, but didn't seem to tie together, even if the same location. Vimeo is sort of a test bed for getting into video, just for fun. Ide rather use YouTube, but don't feel like creating an account or the public nature of it.

Baan you scared me at first. I thought those were with the FE100-400GM and said to self as I viewed them that
something is very wrong. Then I re-read and realized it is the 24-70, known to suck with the 2.0TC. Well suck might
be an exaggeration. This just based on what I've read. I don't own a 24-70 lens of any make.

70-200 right? :P

I'm in the process of returning the 2x. was fun getting the extra focal length. 100-400 is in my mind now but I will try to not think of it too much. I'll just sit back and enjoy yours and Gene's images :)

I thought the MBA was discontinued with the MBP 12"?

seems a bit confusing now. I'm sad that my MBP doesnt have the touchbar and touchid, so annoying putting in passwords. That new MBA looks nice, but not a fan of the ports, dont like the idea of a million dongles.

Try a password manager like LastPass, 1Password, etc. I personally use LastPass and it’s been great. It’s also cross platform, so you’re passwords are available on Apple/Android smartphones and tablets, as well as on computers. It basically remembers all of your login info (you only have to remember the info for that one app) and will autofill usernames and passwords. It will also remember and autofill addresses, payment information, generate secure passwords, and save just about anything else you need to remember with generic notes.

i also use LastPass across my MacBook, work laptop and iPhone. It’s made life so much easier!

Thank you. It was a morning worth getting up early for - the same woods as the waterfall image.

I'll look into it, I use keepass since it's offline, and generally works ok with my 200 entries.

I've been using Mac's built in password manager, but I dont really know how to use it and make it show consistently.

I just use KeyChain (the Mac system). It works well for me. I also have 1Password.

I just got the i9 15" last week. I can tell you the Touch Bar sucks - but I'd be lying. I really like it. It works with KeyChain so when you go to a page that wants you to login, it shows your login(s) for that page on the Touch Bar.

I agree a little on the ports, but on the other hand now I just plug 1 thing on my desk. I used to plug in the power, display and USB hub. I just got a Hedge Dock. I have all my USB and display plugged into that and it have a power supply, so I just plug in 1 cable and I'm off and running.

I did not expect the speed difference to be a big deal, but it is. I'm coming from a Mid 2014 15" Pro. It had the 2.5 i7. Using Lightroom that fans would be pegged. The i9 runs faster and I hear the fans much less. Win win. I got the 32 GB, 1 TB storage model. My last one was only a 512 GB and I was constantly fumbling with external drives. And though the size difference is almost nothing (Less than 1/2" smaller in a few dimensions) it now slides perfectly into my Peak Design messenger (the bigger version) and I don't feel like I'm straining the zipper to close it.
