still debating to buy the game. currently playing assassins creed odyssey which is really fun but from what I see red redemption is a lot more fun with more things you can do.

Good start. It'll take some practice to eliminate the verticle bouncing while walking and it helps to hold the selfie stick horizontally instead of vertically as much as possible. That way, your wrist acts as a shock absorber too.

Have you considered the GoPro Karma Grip too?

Do you think Premier Pro's warp stabilizer would do anything constructive? I just added the whole Adobe suite and it is included.

I use Vegas Pro 16 and it uses a different stabilizer I presume. The biggest issue with post stabilization is that the video will be cropped in order to keep the frame boundaries from moving.

It's always best to stabilize at the time of shooting if possible or frame loosely if post stabilization might be needed. Post stabilizing can make the difference between a usable clip or not.

I would say it is well worth it and no reason not to buy it! I was about 3 quarters of the way through Odyssey but stopped to play RDR2. Although there is definitely more to do in RDR2 and it is possibly one of the best games ever made, I was really enjoying the story and gameplay of Odyssey.

in addition to the gopro? I'de categorize as not worth the effort IMO. Warp stabilizer can make pretty good and horrible effects. You can really customize it way beyond the typical settings, but it has limited uses. Sometimes I use it for my hyperlapses, but often, I simply rely on motion tracking instead.

I've just hired the 100-400 f4.5 - 5.6 for the weekend. Damn, I'd like one of these now, but I'll never get the NZ$4300 past the financial controller !!

I need to practice a bit more with it, some of the bird shots were too back lit by the sunset and I had to push the shadows too much, but couldn't move around them without spooking them. All handheld too and I'll try a mono pod over the weekend.
We have a War Birds flying exhibition on Sunday so I'll be trying it out there too.
