Last week, it was stated as expecting stock on the 28th........ Tomorrow!!

But..... The importer was already over pre-ordered (public & dealers) so I found a place (up by Eddie!!) that would have one available for me. It will be imported to the south coast, be sent to Scotland, and then be posted back down to the south west again..... Unless Ffordes get it sent direct from the importer to me...?!? I don't know. But I'm hoping by the weekend would be nice!

Apparently, the UK importer are only receiving 25 lenses........

id be happy to pick up and quality control it for a week or two :)

Nice one, mine is dispatched. Whats your thoughts on it?

Quick look. Impressed. Feels comfortable, adjusts nicely, plenty of room/dividers inside, really nice hip padding, love the little bits of elastic to secure the loose strap ends, zips feel/sound good..... Tripod mounts are all hidden - not tried the tripod on it yet. It's in the boot of the car!

From downtown Corpus Christi, Texas today. Construction crews are working on a large Christmas tree decoration, and this is one of many ornaments that were waiting to be put up on the tree.

I caved and bought a year of flickr pro.

Realistically, there isn't a better hosting platform (for now)

This is 5 images stacked into one. Sadly the fireworks are more low budget so only fired off from the centre of the water area.

Nice. It looks like the guy in the blue shirt, just to the right of the ferris wheel, lost his head in the merge though. :-)

Recently (and from what I have seen on the news, this is happening in many metro areas, here in the USA), we have been having companies come in to Corpus Christi, TX., and placing these scooters in tourist areas for rental. These are electric scooters.

This shot was taken yesterday along the Bayfront in downtown Corpus Christi, TX.

Same thing has happened around San Antonio. There have been several accidents and I believe one fatality. Be safe.

these and the lime ones are littered all across California. People toss them everywhere and seen some even break them. Look real cool, but havent had a chance to ride yet.

They were introduced Here in Boise a month or so ago. They look like trashy junk laying around here and there. I'm often seeing people riding them irresponsibly, i.e. two people on one scooter, on sidewalks, cruising through traffic with no helmet. I like the idea but think it will quickly spiral out of control. Honestly, I'd like to see them go away. Aside from the novelty of the ride they're not really contributing much to the community. We already have "green Bike" stations around town which at least require the rider to move their muscles a bit.

a freind of mine has a high end elc bike, he let me take it for a spin,,,,,,,wow its incredible, he has it modified so goes faster than the allotted 30km limit i believe, the torque is sick,,,,,and instantly the throttle can move u without pedaling at all, its like a powerful motorcycle,,,,but the trhrottle is on the wrong side so hard to get used to,,,, crazy fast bike though and i could see issues in the wrong hands,,,,,
