Compressed. No real difference between compressed and uncompressed
I switched mine to uncompressed but, I have been curious what the difference is between the two and if there is an advantage to choosing one over the other?

I don't mean that as a slight towards either camera....I've just found it interesting that as much of a gear nut as I am, I have no interest or curiosity about them. I think if those cameras had dropped 2 years ago, it'd be a different story. But Sony cameras have hit a critical maturity point with the MKIII bodies where they do everything I need them with minimal effort and I don't find myself caring for anything else. There are a few things that the Canikon's do better...mostly with regards to the grip, but they're late to the game and don't really bring anything exciting to the table. Nothing to strum up any GAS for me at all. Osmo pocket was more exciting to me lol Completely agree. MKIII bodies don't leave much to be desired. I'm sure Sony will continue to raise the bar but for now I'm rock solid sold on keeping these bodies. Once the A9II is released I may pick up an A9 on the cheap just to add for those times I need speed.
