Looks good Vinz. I typically use a method from Blake Rudis.

I'm just now getting the news.
An internal intervalometer! Finally!
I hate carrying the external one.

How robust will it be do you all think?
I was playing with a D850 today, it can do a pseudo holy-grail internal.

Also saw eye-AF for animals. Did it mention what kind of animals? There is an octopus
I believe whose eye is something like 5 inches across....kinda hard to miss that eye ;)

It has AE tracking, so in theory, it should be able to do day to night timelapse.

Haha Mr. Aperture Galer. He makes great series of Sony vids. I think I've watched every one.

Here's a TTS from Kasha-Katuwe.
Poof really enjoyed the hike there. Up to the top and back around 3 miles and a neat slot canyon on the way to the climb.

I use cheap (Chinese) L brackets. Does the job for £10 instead of £60

Does your work with normal tripods or only Arca Swiss ballheads?

It has the same (arca) dovetail as the one on your link so only arca compatible ball heads

My buddy has one and I've played with it in person. He tells me the mount isn't fully ARCA compatible. I think he has to remove it to take out the battery?

I use the $60 sunwayfoto but most the time I use the peak plate to keep things small (non L).
