It is, and the food scene is quite good to boot.

Make sure you shoot Maclay Garden if you do come, as it should still be in bloom through the rest of the month.

Great family shot Mickey, good to see you still loving the stellar 50mm.

Needed a break from editing landscape images from DV so I finished this cityscape shot tonight.

Interesting that so many buildings have the same pinkish tone to them.

Just got done making a camping reservation for five nights at Ochlockonee River State Park beginning March 31. The whole region looks fantastic.

Tried reediting an old RAW file. My original edit is on the left (Yikes), and the redo is on the right. May have gone a little overboard, but I still prefer it to the original (maybe I'm trying to make images warmer because I'm in the WNY arctic circle?). Oh it also helps to have a patient significant other who will model for you too!

Windows 10 to 1809.
1809????
I'm missing out.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I meant Windows 10 version 1803 to version 1809.

Thanks Gene. That was partly due to increasing the tint in my RAW file. Is it distracting or is the color tone cohesive with the sky?

For my part I think the color looks great.

I like it. It just struck me that most of the buildings had similar color tones, something I'm not used to seeing.

Any big 85mm lovers? Canon supposedly will come out with an 85 f1.2L DS, which stands for defocus smoothing?

Awesome area. Check out Wakulla Springs/State Park....def. do the boat ride tour.
When a little lad I lived in Thomasville GA and we'd hit Panacea every weekend for the beach scene.
You might want a 'bierding' lens for that trip David, St. Marks always has something.

It's kind of like Adobe updating Photoshop or Lightroom to an incremental new version. A new version usually includes new features and fixes for existing bugs.

In this case, today's latest version of Lightroom and ACR has a new feature that requires the latest version of Windows 10 or Apple's OS in order to work.

In Windows 10, if you open the 'Settings' page, the one that has the gear icon, then click on 'System' then 'About', you can see what version your OS is. Mine was version 1803 and I updated it to version 1809 this morning.

It could be amazing or hit and miss. Before the 5D4 was released people were speculating about what dual pixel RAW would be. That turned out to be nothing special.

Canon do make amazing lenses though and the RF range has been really impresssive so I think this won't disappoint!
