The Tammy 28-75mm is such an amazing lens for the price.

I can shoot my GMaster 16-35 and 28-75mm during the same period of time. While editing in LR I have no idea what lens files I am editing unless I look at the focal length. The IQ is really superb.

I do find I still have a preference using my Gmaster UWA simply due to my style of photography.

Love the lens, but pretty big flaw.... 10 FPS with the A9. 15 and 20fps are noticeably faster.

The sun stars are fairly poor for landscapes.

Other than that, my go to snap shot lens. At 75mm, find it good for portraits. Super convenient.

Good to know about the sun stars. My weather at the moment leaves me no opportunities to experiment with sunny environments.

I do not use this focal length often enough. Even my Canon 5mdk4 I do not use my 24-70 f/2.8MK2 that often. I use it as a convenient focal length zoom. I need to fill in more gaps before buying a GMaster 24-70mm f/2.8 that I will not use often either.

I agree the 75mm does a decent job in portraits. The GMaster 70-200 can also exhibit nervous bokeh depending on background. For the price the Tammy is a very decent lens.

Looks great. I’ll never own the Tammy 28-75 because I hate that it goes by the name Tammy. I’m sure Tammy’s nice and cheap and all, but she’s just not my type.

Seiously though, nice images. :)

These 3 are great but I love this one. Can you guys imagine being so short that you look eye to eye with the average dog at the park? :-P

I like this one too. That’s my mates dog Cruin. The funny thing is she really loves dogs whilst my 5 year old Callum is scared of them for some reason

LOL!!! I didn't really have plans to buy the lens. Shopping at my local retail store they happened to have it in stock. Local camera shops typically never have them in stock. Just bought it for the heck of it as I was surprised to see one on the shelf :)

I'd like the GMaster 24-70mm simply because of the 24mm wide end. Typically I either shoot UWA 16-35mm or use 70-200 for portraits.

I was going to say that her 'space suit' will protect her from savage beasts but on closer examination, I think her right hand has been bitten off.

Haha yeah she lost a glove 5 mins into the park visit. The splash suit is the best thing ever, stick it over their clothes and you don’t have to worry about all the wetness

Yeah I noticed that muzzle.....not a good sign.

It’s not actually a muzzle, it’s a leash to train him to stop pulling away from his owner. It’s relatively loose around his mouth unless he pulls away hard. He’s only young so still learning. He lives with my two god daughters so is a really friendly dog

Callum is smart. Over the years I've been to the e.r. 3 times due to dog bite :(
All three times German Shepard. Go figure.
