A few photos from a surprise group photo shoot. Drove out to the middle of nowhere, didn’t know a soul but had such a great time! Didn’t know what we were shooting until the car came from behind the barn. Shot these with A7R2 and 85 1.4, and 55 1.8

I actually like this one of Daisy better than the other..less distracting with the boys in the car.

Gene it was a Wheelbug I picked up last year and learned I'd made a serious mistake! My
finger hurt for hours after he pinged me.

Playing with my flashes again today. If I had a lemon, I would have included it and a salt shaker in the frame too.

I'm including a pullback to show what I was doing. I had two strip boxes shooting through a makeshift frame holding tracing paper to diffuse the light more. One box was angled slightly from behind and the other from slightly ahead. I used gold foil paper cutouts I already had behind the bottle and shot glass to add a backlight from the front strip box. A third flash was used with a 7" gridded reflector and barn doors to light the front of the bottle and finally, I used my new i60a to cast a light on the background. I used a 24" square, black acrylic base as the 'stage' on top of my kitchen cart.

The lighting used here is from another video I found and although it's in German, light and modifier placement was easy to understand.

My Canon 100-400 is not selling fast enough!

To be clear (because their description on the website is a bit confusing), you can trigger these remotely without having a receiver added. Just the transmitter and the speedlight?

Yeah no receiver needed. Flashpoint/Godox lights all work via the same trigger too.
