Wow!! I've not pointed my lens at a car for 50 weeks!!!

It's no wonder I felt a little bit rusty & out of place yesterday.....

I will say, on initial import into LR, I thought the CV images looked much better with more pop/contrast than those from the FE85

I also didn't have a tripod so couldn't shoot two polarised images to blend & I also didn't have my step ring so no CPL on the CV21.

I am not a car enthusiast, but today I am addicted to binge-watching this guy’s car reviews. Lots of crazy-cool and just crazy-crazy-crazy cars. So interesting.

Avengers Endgame global premiere is happening as I type this. Which means for the next four days I'll be torturing myself trying not to read spoilers..

A pretty stretch of the SA Riverwalk captured at sunrise. This final image is a pano comprised of 3 sections shot with the my Canon 24mm TSE shifting vertically with the camera in the landscape orientation. For each section, I used 3 separate shots. 1 for the base exposure, another for highlight recovery, and another for a simulated long exposure for the river. It all merged pretty well in Photoshop CC.

Note: I'm going to try to market this to the hotels in the image and see what happens.

Nice series David, I especially like number 3, an uncanny sense of movement in that shot.

The one in the middle, the yellow one would be the most likely buyer, given its prominence and its unique look...great shot, a lot went into making that one, well done.

Great 3D pop in this one...he looks like he is coming right out of the screen.

I have no need...I am actually quite happy with my 2 body setup right now...the B18 gets sent off to Zeiss this week and I need to make up my mind about that...I have a ton of photography jobs coming up in the next 2 months...gotta figure out if I am covered gear wise on a couple of them...

Is that not what firmware 5.0 created?

Edit - just saw on SAR that the a9ii is rumoured. Hopefully the a9 price drops like a rock so that I can add one

I did finally get a phone holder deal for the DJI Osmo Pocket...I want to use it more on this upcoming trip and on the two family trips coming up...I got this one...
https://www.skyreat.com …lder-for-dji-osmo-pocket/ (external link)

It is nice ans sturdy, holds the phone tight and the little grip turns into a table top tripod...which is always nice to have...will see how it mates up to the Osmo later...

Looks good. I just use the osmo on its own as the ability to slip into my pocket when not in use is the thing I like the most about it.
