Seriously? Keep the GOT comments to yourselves!! There are still a lot of people who haven't watched it yet. Whether it's epic or disastrous, I'm sure people would like to make that judgments by themselves! jeez.

Yes! I’ve only seen two episodes out of the whole series.

Just got my RX10 M4 this week and so far I'm loving it. This is one of my first images taken with it. For the most part, the weather has not been cooperating but this was one of the few days it was nice out. Taken right before sunset.

With 4k TVs, I notice heavy grain for a lot show/movie scenes shot in lowlight ...even stuff that is supposedly native 4k. I think it depends on the quality of the source video files. As we all know, upscaled video and/or stuff shot on lesser equipment will start to show noise when the ISO is pushed, and it seems that very rarely is the equipment being used up to snuff even for production TV and movies.

I am thinking it there could have been some lower quality cameras and lenses used for some scenes. There is a budget to contend with especially when shooting a full series. Shooting dark scenes on any medium presents it's challenges.
I agree no spoilers. As it is I am living under a rock till I get to see Endgame tomorrow. I will just stay in and work on some photos. At some point maybe I will post some, but do not feel my skills are up to it yet.

My newest kitchen gadget, the Philips HD9641/96 Airfryer. I love the size of it, and so far, the ease of cleaning, and the end results. I'm looking forward to air frying many more types of food in it.

The more I shoot with my Sony ......I really need to get another Sony body to save some time. Felt lazy so I lugged my Fuji X-t2 w/ 50-140mm as well. Man the way brands differ in render is quite nice for some different flavours in looks. Here's just my Gmaster while I spent time with the kids.....

Try some costco frozen "roadhouse" ribs in there mmmmmm. OR cut some wedges of sweet potato, garlic powder and olive oil. OR frozen korean savoury pancakes (chives, red bean, sweet potato etc). marinated chicken (lemon grass, frozen wings like honey garlic, BBQ etc). OR frozen calamari. OR a nice piece of steak with salt and pepper. OR OR.......

I have a philips air fryer and a breville smart oven. I use it a lot!!

Doing hashbrowns or fries is just one part of air fyer ownership :)

:-) Thanks for all the suggestions. As a new user of air fryers, I thought I'd sneak up on it and do something simple, but easy to judge, to start with. My neighbor made some Vietnamese pork rolls for me today and I'm looking forward to trying those in the fryer. I've also defrosted (even though I probably didn't have to) a couple of hamburger patties to do as well. Since it's just me, I think this air fryer will simplify cooking certain things for me. As much as I used to enjoy cooking, at my age, it just isn't much fun to get too elaborate cooking for one anymore.

On a side note, I wanted to mention to you that on my monitor, most of the images you've posted lately seem overexposed. I don't know if others agree, and maybe it's just my monitor, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

Thanks for the monitor info. I'll check my calibration...it's been a while. I did do some prints less than a month ago and my lab does not correct the prints. I'll double check...Thankyou!!

The airfryer is great. You can get the veggie frozen spring rolls and throw them in the air fryer. I'll even put frozen European wieners and the spit from the heat.....not a soggy dog when I make hotdogs for the kids in about 7 minutes :)

The best is marinated chicken. Flavour is unlike anything made at home!! make a side of nugget potatoes in about 14minutes with olive oil and tossed in onion soup mix (I'll warn you mmmmmmmmm).

Ok...back photography :P

I've never tried pancake batter in a jug but have to admit I do like toaster waffles like Eggos.
