Loving all your photos of the Rockies Jose. Bringing back some nice memories. Wish I had the amazing photos to go with them though!

Thanks Eddy.

I'ver been fortunate enough to visit these locations a number of times but this time it was extra special for me because I had a chance to take my entire family with me. I was really concerned about the glacier fed lakes being frozen when we got there but we were luck they thawed out a couple of days before we arrived. Maligne Lake was amazing but the cloud cover was a bit heavier than I hoped and there wasn't much opportunity to setup a tripod and shoot multi[ple exposure so NDs are the only option. I was really saddened to see my favourite lake in the Rockies ( Moraine lake ) only half full with water this year, I hope it's not a manifestation of Global warming but I suspect it is.

Wow! Just googled that there. Can’t believe how far the water was from the normal water line in the photos I saw

I was shocked when I approached the lake this year. Here is a comparison from 2016 when I was last there, granted it's from a different vantage point but I think it illustrates the difference.

Get ready for some green color overload.

A tranquil scene from our Japanese Tea Garden in San Antonio. The waterfall was really flowing when I visited which made for a nice backdrop. The koi were thriving in the pond.
