Sigh back from the Grand Canyon where my bud was doing a book signing.

I HATE the grand canyon, if the light is right its grand if the light and atmospherics are so so then ....its just a hole in the ground.

Things I need to work on:

Light flare

Lightroom editing

Patience

Going to better places than the Grand Canyon.

I especially like the first pano with the hint of reds in the clouds.

I just got this "Frywall" silicon splash wall for 10" diameter skillets, pots, etc. to eliminate grease spattering on my cooktop, countertops, and walls.

I just cleaned my cooktop today and plan on frying something up later to take it for a 'test drive'.

That looks very interesting. Tell us how it turns out. I make a huge mess, but clean up is a very easy. Otherwise, cooking Chinese food wold be painful.

My wife uses her Frywall frequently and she loves it! When she's done, it just goes into the dishwasher.

Good to hear Tim. Clean up is what I'm thinking about. If not done in the dishwasher, how hard can it be doing it manually? I shall see.

It's a simple cleanup either way, and it's a heck of a lot easier than cleaning the gas stove top.

Got a phone mount/handgrip/tripod for the Osmo pocket. The compact size of the Osmo pocket is great, but shooting on a nice big screen is nice.

One image I used my Sigma 105mm f/1.4 and the other wider angle I used my Gmaster 16-35 f/2.8.

I used two different flavours in post processing.

Stanley Park was quite busy during Canada day!!
