For starters, it's the same room with the same furnishings, so yes, it is going to look similar. But, even at a quick glance it's improved in image quality, the TV, glare, the throw on the armchair, the inside /outside light balance.....

I wonder if the customer noticed the walls are not leaning out at the top and doors and windows are vertical?

2 shots from last night. No tripod but I found a solid surface to rest my camera on and used the Sony app.

I really don't get people...delivered a set of images last week...heard nothing. So I inquired now that the holiday has settled down. The response I got was, the new images don't look all that different to the ones we have that we only paid $100 for...and the new ones are not as vivid.

Top is original for the taste and feel of what was done...bottom is what I delivered from almost the same spot...I am floored.

They're just salty because someone snookered them in to paying $100 for cell phone pics.

Don't get down about it. People often just suck.

100% correct there. It is a shame and there are some people that really don't see a difference. A room is a room, or a face is a face.

I have seriously thought I need to just dump my 90 macro as the 100-400 and 1.4tc provide such great macro shots from further away.

Nice work, Renata. I waffled back and forth about dragging a tripod to London with us this time. In the end I opted against it. I think in our previous four trips I used the tripod once. Granted, I got a great shot, but it's still a bit of a hassle for a couple of shots here and there.

Very nicely done Travis. Yeah I'm itching to go back. I finished this one yesterday. You wouldn't happen to have the behind the scenes photo of us from this spot do you? Btw, sucks about your client on your other photoshoot. Some people don't know better and they should.
