24gm sold. Sad to see it go but the FE 35 1.8 is what I really needed from a compact wide angle.

Samples out of the FE 35 1.8 look pretty good. I have a bunch that unless there is something glaringly bad about it, that it'd be my most used lens.

A Sony 35 1.8 plus a 85 1.8 would really make a fun lens duo. Thinking about it. ;)

Wow you sold it quick!

We can't preorder it yet here in Aus but when we can I plan to preorder.

On DPR people are stating that Rishi has said the Sony 35mm f/1.8 is sharper than both the Canon and Nikon which sounds promising.

Today there was an open house at the well renowned shop "RX Autoworks". The have cars delivered to their door all over the world to get rebuilt. Last year they completed an ultra rare 1937 Alfa Romeo that won the top award at Pebble Beach. Probably can be sold for over 3 million i suppose. This is another Alfa in the works!

The image of the beetle is a fresh resto that probably requires a mini mortgage to fund such a project.

Here's a link to my website that has the open house event. I did not spend alot of time cropping as this was a fun casual event. I didn't cull a tonne of images because I just do not want to spend too much time on this fun morning shoot. All of the images were taken with my pair of A73 with Gmaster 16-35, 24mm ART f/1.4 and Sigma Bokeh Master 105mm f/1.4.

Those cars look amazing, way better than they ever looked coming off the assembly line.

I must’ve missed the press release for this, but Peak Design Tech Pouch anyone?

https://www.peakdesign.com …s/all/products/tech-pouch (external link)

Was on Amazon looking at something else and this caught my eye. Tired of having cables, memory cards, and portable chargers everywhere in multiple bags, picked this up. Like most Peak Design products, you either love it or hate it and like most PD products it’s a little overpriced at $60.

Clamshell design, already put my portable battery pack, RAV power dual charger, multiple usb cables, memory card wallet, and could conceivably fit a ton more. It’s almost amazing how well thought out this thing is. Large enough to fit most things but small enough to put in almost any bag, camera or otherwise I could think of.

What kind of padding does it have if any? I'd figure none since for cables but I'm waiting on a One Mix 3s to arrive on the slow boat from China and will be looking for a case for it.

It’s actually got a pretty decent amount of padding. Especially if you put something in the inside, it’s cushioned from each side. Since it’s made for tech and electrical gear like batteries and other things, it’ll do a fairly decent job of support.

Another thing I like is the multiple grab handles and attachement points. One side has grab handles on the bottom and sides and the other has one on the bottom and 2 attachment points where you could clip it to other things.

I could really use something like this, have a bunch of small cases and it’s a mess

I have two of the larger size like this one:
https://www.bhphotovideo.com …e_Management_20_V2_0.html (external link)
That holds the filter rings and holder, and one of them holds all of the cables for everything you can imagine...

I have two of this one:
https://www.bhphotovideo.com …e_Management_10_V2_0.html (external link)
One of them holds my two headlamps and a LED flashlight. One of them is all batteries, it holds the two think tank battery jackets, lots of double and triple a batteries...any batteries I need. The nice thing is, those two stack great in my backpack.

And I have this big one, that holds all of the chargers...for the a9, the 3 for the r2, the Godox chargers for speedlights, the charger for my flashlight batteries...keeps them all in one place.

Gorgeous. Really appreciate the image composition. The clouds to the left serve as a sort of reflective form to the mountain itself. Also love the bottom/up dark-to-light transition. Finally, that lower foreground mountain in front on Rainier on the right provides a helpful dimensionality.

Majestic image indeed!

Thanks David. I fiddled around with the crop more than anything else in the editing process...so I am glad that it appeals to your eye. Its a very discerning eye for sure!

Yeah being able to see which one I have without opening it is nice, and a quick visual scan tells me if everything is in it that needs to be.
