What I was referring to was all the stuff in the background. Her hair is something quite special about her...she can sleep all night on it and wake up with great hair...me, not so much. I tried the technique spelled out in the video and it affects the entire image so it probably looks too warm for you. I could have used a mask but opted not to. Of course, I have no idea what the colors of the walls are, so they may look too warm as well. Image hosted by forum (999638) © navydoc [SHARE LINK] THIS IS A LOW QUALITY PREVIEW. Gotta love a slow pan... mystik610 wrote in post #18928290 Panning skills! LOL...thanks. I love shooting pans like that...good and slow. That car is doing close to or over 100 MPH there too. navydoc wrote in post #18928300 I tried the technique spelled out in the video and it affects the entire image so it probably looks too warm for you. I will have to look at it at home, that monitor is better...but on the screen at work its much too warm, the walls are gray and the trim is bright white. She doesn't have a lot of warmth in her skin color, she is fair skinned like her mother. classic redhead/strawberry blonde. Website

I tried it on your color version and thought it improved the color cast to my eye. My version applied a warmer look overall. I'll share it if you'd like to see it. that is actually a pretty good tip...his voice is kinda annoying...but I like the information. Website

So what AF mode are you using, like wide area and then letting it acquire focus on a face or eyes? man...did you have to clean blood splatter off your gear...geez... Got the FE 35ZA in today...no real subject to test other than the rugrat who isn't such a rugrat anymore. I suspect that this lens and the 85 are going to fight for mount time... It is the future of the series. 2. Buttons are way better and I didn't mind the buttons on the Riii or a9. Tactile feel and feedback are another level up. Locking EV wheel OK but mine never really moved. The dial above and between the AF-On and AEL is way button to get at up on top now, especially with gloves on or with a silicon case on the body. Wheel is slightly raised and also blessed with better 'tactation'. 3. In crop/26mpx mode I got 126 frames before the buffer kicked in! That is huge for my use. Finally a crop sensor body with outstanding ergos. Its good Poof used the a6400 on the trip with the 100400GM and loved the combo. Merry Christmas Poof. 4. Spacing between grip and lens barrel another nice leap forward. I'd say people with obese fingers will rejoice. 5. Battery door is now 10 star. I never liked the slide-lock/unlock on the Riii or a9 because I use silicon cases on both and it just added a step we don't have to do with Nikon or Canon. 6. EVF is just pleasure viewing! 7. Body is thicker. Good or bad. Just something I noticed immediately when grabbing the Riv first time. 8. Works fine with my Nissin i-40 9. Hot shoe. Hmmm. Seems like it would not like water at all. I'll try my best not to loose the hot shoe cover which seems form fitted to keep water out. I'll try the MC-11 and 400DOii today. No doubts but was to see first hand. I'll also try the Commlite and Nikon lenses....fat chance I know but will try anyway. You're so not helping with my GAS issue. lol | SONY A7SIII(2) | A73 | A6000 | Sony A7IV | Sigma105 | FE1635F4 | Tamron 70-180mm F2.8 | Tamron 17-28 Tamron 28-75 | FE50F1.8 | Sony 16035F4PZ | SEL30mm F3.5 Macro | Canon 24mm TSE | Laowa 15mm Shift

I am curious for those that have one...if you can...shoot an image with it and maybe the r2/3/a9...same scene, lens, settings...is the higher MP making the image appear to have less DoF? Me too. I think the actual physical dimension of the sensor will affect the DOF, not the mp. just a wild guess. yeah, we just finished, well are almost finished with a major reno that started in February...blew all the camera gear budget away...LOL.
