Eddie xpfloyd lookalike More info | Jan 21, 2020 00:43 | #36603 digital_AM wrote in post #18995600 I added new images to my website and tweaked the home page. When I first started this site, it was primarily focused on growing my architecture photography business. The home page now has a mix of landscape and architecture work since my focus has shifted towards landscapes and nature. I expanded the Landscape page (under Portfolio drop down) with more shots. I may carve up that page into different landscape genres once I build up my image catalog with more mountain shots, winter, water, etc. Still an evolving site as most are. I uploaded all the new images to 2500px on the long edge. They look good on my 30" display. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks. https://www.alfredomora.net/ Killing it Alfredo, what an amazing collection of images. Leica M11 | Leica Q2 | Sony α7RV

Dlee13 wrote in post #18995670 I originally planned on going with SquareSpace for my sites but I couldn’t justify the price compared to self hosted Wordpress site. SS is like buying a premium theme on Wordpress, everything works really well and you got the support if you need it. Either way site and images look great! I know what you mean. I don't like getting the bill from Squarespace but all of the maintenance is taken care of by them. Wordpress is a great option but I don't have the desire to learn how to setup it and maintain it. TRhoads wrote in post #18995702 agreed...looks really good, nice and clean. Some of the buildings on the home page have such a great unique look to them.. Thanks Travis! Very nice of you. I'm looking forward to shooting some architecture around Denver to add to my collection. eriet30 wrote in post #18995776 I love that monochrome page I just get lost in there in the surreal Thanks Paul! Yeah, I love black and white images. Takes a lot of time to edit them and I should put more focus on it but I'm just having too much fun right now with nature and landscape work. - Alfredo -

I would if i was handy which I am not I think the concept of the SliderPLUS is great...I think the motors in the affordable heads are the problem...and the really good head...is way more than I want to invest...it just didn't fit for what I wanted to do with it...and I was not impressed with the stability of it outdoors...too much play and wobble in the setup...made for jerky timelapse... I like your version. The vignette draws the eye into the frame. I may carve up the landscape page into groups like Texas, Colorado, Georgia Region. Not sure yet. - Alfredo -
