Thank you Eddie. I like your version. The vignette draws the eye into the frame. I may carve up the landscape page into groups like Texas, Colorado, Georgia Region. Not sure yet.

Sorry - I should have explained. I havent edited the photo, ive just used it as my PC desktop and done a screen capture (Hope you dont mind ive used it). Probably the screen capture and saving to jpeg process that has changed the look of the image

All this talk about Flickr...I got the the email to renew at 2019 prices...doesn't say what 2020 prices will be...but it only allows me to renew for 2 years...what if the platform dies...also found out I was kicked from the Landscape Photography group for violating their rules...I posted a couple waterfalls...and they don't consider those landscapes...LOL.

I got that a while ago. I'm not due for renewal until the end of November

I am due in about 2 weeks...so I think I will just let it renew at whatever rate it is going to be...rather than pay for 2 years up front if there is a chance it might flop on its face...

I know what you mean. I don't like getting the bill from Squarespace but all of the maintenance is taken care of by them. Wordpress is a great option but I don't have the desire to learn how to setup it and maintain it.

Yeah it is quite pricey since you have to pay for the domain as well. My shared hosting with Bluehost works out to $6 AUD per month and I can host more than one website which would be the main reason I went the self hosted route.
It's a lot easier to maintain and setup than people realize if you ever do decide to make the switch.

These are just so totally cool Lee! I'd really love to visit sites like this from the Medieval era! You've had a really cool and very signature style to your shooting and processing for as long as I've been a member. Love your stuff!

Well i have had the A9mkII a few days now and getting to grips with it the 200/600 works great too so a very nice combination
I spent yesterday testing a few settings focus points and tracking speed at standard tracking with the a9mkII and a7r4 they worked very well but today I set fast tracking and it gave me a lot more pin sharp shots on both cameras it really made a big difference.
I tried Large single point it worked great but is harder to keep on the bird so I then went to zone and found this with the above to be the best it really did a great job.

I’m conflicted on what to do about it. I love Flickr and don’t really use anything else, my portfolio site is somewhat integrated with it too.

If I do the 2 year renewal, it will be $85 AUD per year which is a lot considering they haven’t fixed explore as promised and haven’t even put 2FA back in....

Riv+E70-350G. What a nice lens (to me) for close quarters/packability.

Thanks Cory. I'm sad to say that's the first time I've ever visited those places!! :-(

Hi all, so I haven't posted any pics for ages, so here are the last few months worth! Sorry if its overload!

A visit to the Brecons four falls walk in October, 16-35 GM did very well on the A7iii, got quite damp and wet with all the rain and mist, I tried to keep it dry in-between shots, but it was quite wet at times, didn't miss a beat :-)
