I launch colorefex from the filter menu and the color efex plugin loads as expected and displayed the image in it's editing window, everything is fine up to this point. I select my filter I want to apply and if I select ok a new layer appears in the photoshop layers panel with the changes applied, this works as it always has in the past. If I repeat the process but instead of selecting the ok button I select the brush tool button to selectively apply the filter it will paint in the filter effect as long as I have my mouse button held down, as soon as I release the button the filter is not applied to the painted area and it reverts back. Anyone ever seen this behaviour before? I had the same issue. In fact, I had so many issues with 2021 that I uninstalled it and went back to 2020. If I had more than one NIK layer, from using multiple plugins...PS would crash. PS also would randomly Freeze and lock up my entire computer. So...I uninstalled it, and now no more issues. Website

I tried the same thing with V21 and it work just as expected arrhhhh!! Sony A1, A7R2

I tried the same thing with V21 and it work just as expected arrhhhh!! I may have to revert back to V21 again until this is fixed. I rarely use the brush, but was trying to on an image just last night and it wasn't working...then it crashed for maybe the 4th time yesterday and I gave up...I am realizing that part of my issue is my computer is now maybe 11 or 12 years old and just not capable of processing anymore...the processor taps out at 100% on a regular basis... Miranda1 wrote in post #19147775 Nice job on the review Travis, very well done. Thanks. It was something new for me, a bit odd and I learned from it...so that is good. Website

How have you been? Things have been great. This year due to the pandemic, I’ve been almost solely preoccupied with improving my physical and financial health and both are improving and doing well at the moment. On top of all that my wife and I have been working hard towards planning our future with two vastly different optional directions - we love either one so I’m excited just to see how things play out.
