Alpenglow at this high elevation scene. I've been thinking about getting a Loxia 35. I wish there was a Zeiss 15mm either in a Batis or Loxia line.

I want to add more of the Voigtlander lenses...small, light but I don't know if the ones narrower than 15 make the same sunstars.

Need some advice from folks who own BenQ monitors. I just got the SW2700PT and notice that reds are much stronger in aRGB. In sRGB, it looks ok. I am on Win7.

Voigtlander 15

You have two choices for a 15 prime, Voigtlander f4.5 & Laowa f2. Be prepared to play the lens lottery for a good copy.

An alternative is the excellent Sig 14- 24 2.8, but be prepared to deal with big bulky filters, and larger & heavier lens.

Bobby, did you calibrate your monitor with a colorimeter? What browser are you using to view your images or are you seeing this in your Lightroom catalog?

haven't done any calibration yet. I am using C1 and LR to look at the images. PS is showing the same.

I found the following link. When I look at the guitar player on my Mac and using my older Dell 27", the differences are the same that I am seeing on my PC when using aRGB. Maybe it is aRGB that I am not used to.

I have the 12 and love it. 15 is not much different...wondering if the 40 makes the same sunstars.

I totally misread your post. Oh yeah I don’t know about the narrower focal length versions. Now I’m curious.
