I got around to shooting the main gate of Hemet Stock Farm today. I believe there was a time when there was talk of restoring the farm but it may have suffered too much damage from very strong winds a few years ago.

Cropped to 17 x 6 panorama.

Thanks, I ordered the Neweer one from Amazon Uk . It’s not as tall as the pacsafe so hopefully should suit me better. It arrives Saturday

Eddie , if you look around on amazon/ebay I know a-mode has the smaller one as well, and it's more u shaped, more like the opening on your Osprey. Perhaps neweer has one also.

It's easy free returns on amazon in US, not sure how it works in UK if the U type may work better for you.

If anyone is looking for a Hiking backpack that carry better than most photography backpacks, Deuter has a 50% off sale on a back opening like Gregory & Osprey

sorry for posting iphone photo. i got lazy to bring a proper camera to shoot this baby. With my Voigtlander 35mm F1.2 III

I love the A7C so far. yes it does not have a joystick but the touch focus is a great alternative. the lack of customizable button didn't bother me as well because i have the 1, 2 and 3 mode dial button set up for what i need in real estate. Also I set the down button on the back wheel as My Menu so aside from the function button, the My Menu is a huge help. The small EVF also isn't a problem for me because i'm using an iPad mini to control it when shooting RE.

The shutter sound is weird though but i kinda like it.

You definitely need to buy my 200-600mm. :p jk

Seriously, I may be posting my 200-600mm for sale because I recently enabled our two cats to have 24/7 outdoor access via cat door. Well, one of our kitties is not a lethargic fatty, and it turns out that she’s a highly efficient stone-cold psychopathic killer, which has forced me to take down our bird feeder and, consequently, all my backyard bird photography aspirations.

Can’t have it all. Our kitties are much happier now, which makes us happy. And, also happier for us, the Litter Robot fills up much more slowly. ;)

lol please dont tempt me :D i really shouldnt be buying anymore toys for the year. heck I should return stuff, but I dont want to hahha.

do the kittens litter in the yard or somewhere unknown? hehe

That's what holding me back...the missing front wheel. EVF not so much; I've had cameras with small EVFs, you get used to it.
The joystick maybe. But tracking is so good with these latest Sonys that aint a thing either to me.
What's chewing on me is a big hike coming up in 4-5 weeks. I'd love to carry a FF but no way I'm suffering under the weight of the AO.

OK this one is a big crop, but used to we drive to Reelfoot 8-10 hours, or drive or fly to Florida for Osprey.
Not my greatest Osprey but shot from the front yard, me sitting on the dock sipping half coffee/half hot chocolate.
I'd seen him fly up-lake and return with a fish heading down-lake several mornings in a row.
When he came back my way he had no fish but circled our bay twice looking. This was two weeks ago I think,
sadly haven't seen him since.

An Image that I have sat on for a long time...not sure if I ever wanted to finish it or share it...but it has new meaning after yesterday...we have to not lose focus on what we are trying to achieve, don't let obstacles in your path hold you back...

Interesting perspective on Rhyolite. I need to learn to walk around more for different perspectives when I'm shooting places like that.

I try to make sure I don't miss an unusual angle. Always looking for something different.
