I agree. and I know Architectural or designers shoots are very different. For my RE though, sometimes I'm shooting 3-5 a day and my turnaround is the next day. When it's more than two, I outsource but I trained my editors to make sure they replicate my style. I don't wanna be awake all night but even if I want to, I always fall asleep in my chair. it automatically reclines when I passed out. lol

not at all. i just thought about it because it seems like you're going to get more video work soon. just a backup idea. sometimes it's good to know some options.

I will only take on as much as I can keep up with...right now, I am actually tapped out. I am working on a renovation of a house for a friend, I am doing the drawings and design...the commercial for the track day folks and the work for the LA out in Cali plus trying to maintain my day job...I don't have any more time in the day!

I like it Jose. Another in a long line of progression.
There are some super qualities covered at length in many forums.
I do miss my a9 battery life though :)

I'm really liking mine, it's the best camera I have every used. Super happy with it.

The client out in SF is looking to add video to multiple places in their platform, one of them is video shorts for IG. Their research shows that none of the competitors in their market does any video, it is a bigger market feature, and they really want to step up to that level...so in comes me and my rookie video editing. I would appreciate and embrace any crits yall would have. If you are not familiar with it, IG limits a video to 60 seconds. Thus...it is short. And that made it a real challenge!

Ok so, here’s my uneducated comments on the subject. I just watched this video and I was really impressed, the movement is class, I got a real feel for the place. The architecture vs RE debate I don’t understand but I liked what I seen

Thanks Eddie.

I think the debate or difference is what is the purpose of the media...in RE the goal is just to show off the place and hope someone will like it enough to buy it. In Architectural work, it is showing off the design, details, showing the work of the designer and their talents. You would use framing or compositions that you would never use in RE work. I shot a space for this client, their own home, his architect also had it photographed...that guy was an RE guy in the Bay area and the two sets of images couldn't be more different. Nothing wrong with that, the styles just look very different.

This one is from the one of the other projects we shot I am working on next...it is an image I really like.

Clocked out early today from house remodeling. Got another room, hallway actually metalized. Not much going on in the lake so we drove down the river
20 min's for a super close encounter with a duck, 135mm close :)
My first time out in a long long time with the 100400. Doing the pseudo dry creek bed torqued my neck and I wanted a lighter rig.
