Guys..... I know there isn't a full palette of colours going on here but how does this shot look please colour & skin tone wise?

I also appreciate it's not with either of the lenses discussed earlier (FE85 here) but I'm having a bit of a refresh & trying to simplify things editing wise.....

I'm not sure if the skin has a very slight bit of green to it maybe?

Looks good to me Lee. I tend to have a minimalistic approach to colors which means pulling a lot of things back when there are a lot of tones in the frame. Nice warm tones here without the photo looking obviously manipulated.

It has a natural look to it, the environment is generating the color cast on the skin. A touch of green isn't a bad thing...sometimes it can help, too much magenta looks off in a more sickly way I think.

You need an A1...LOL...skin tones are dead on. Especially with a strobe.

I finally finished this set. This was probably my favorite of the lot.

Thanks all. I've literally started from scratch and have been going over older images with a much simpler process. I want to do newer comparison (lens) stuff but the weather just isn't there right now! Constant rain!

Travis, lovely. Its like the A7 just doesn't do pink! :-D

Here's a Willet.
A7c is fantastic for lightweight backup to the A1. With just a little more effort it can sub for the big brother
for BIF if/when needed, except when a huge crop (sadly often) is needed.
Proof of it's BIFability in this shot, and showing the merits of the Tam70300 for the really long walks (like this one along the beach last week)
when I don't wont to toil under the A1+200600.

And, last night Poof was gifted an A7Riii.....so what do I do with the A7iv pre-ordered? Hmmm, dilemma. Who knows, she might like the A7c better
than the A7Riii.

So I unmapped the lens button, I had that setup for APSC mode, great when shooting sports, but it got bumped and a couple images that I really like got shot in APSC and not full frame. Like these two. I figured it out right after the first one here was shot. It must have gotten bumped as I put the camera on the tripod, not sure.

Travis, have you seen Mark Smith’s setup guide? I think it would work well.
