Sony Lounge Thread MKIII (All Sony cameras welcome)

Went looking for snowies this morning and found this guy. Unfortunately didn't let me get a clear shot, lots of reeds in the frame.

I've made some updates to my website.

Added some new images to New Releases
Added new images to my Monochrome page
Reworked the Prints page (need to add a few more room mockups with my prints)
Reworked my bio (still need a good photo of me, add my photography approach, and need to add my gear list)

Wow Jose…awesome capture and gorgeous image. Print it!

A bit of autumn from last month. 85mm panoramic. Shame there wasn't a touch of directional light.

I tired to shoot this from my office window, but at 35 outside, the heat escaping from the house made it impossible for a clear shot, so out the front door I went!
A1 and 200-600 handheld.

Jose, stunning! The blue is luscious with the while owl.
We spotted a Barred last night homing from dinner. 9pm, no camera, just
a moment of admiration.

Tonight is my night before surgery (hernias) so my time was very limited today, but I did enjoy a nice visit to your site to take in the slide show. Masterful work my friend. Colorado has been goo to you and you are good for Colorado. Stunning work.

Thanks Robert. I went back to the same spot that I spotted one last week and I came across this individual, last week's was a juvenile that let me get pretty close to him, not this guy unfortunately. I took quite a number of different shots of this owl from different perches however unlike last week which was overcast, today was a particularly sunny day so in the majority of the shots the owls eyes were almost closed with the exception of this series where he had his back to the sun and the turquoise water of the lake. I spent quite a bit of time just starring at him and him starring back at me, just a fantastic experience, these are my favourite raptor by far.

Glad you got to see the Barred, I haven't had a chance to see one yet.

I find degradation in all photos posted whether by link or attachment.
