Nice Paul, getting me thinking about a couple of airshows coming up here in the Summer. Need to start doing more exercises so I can use that 200-600 all day!! Particularly like the sunstar through the cockpit. 8-)

A1 does good snapshots too.

My dad will turn 90 on Monday. We had a family gathering for the occasion yesterday.

After a delicious late Sunday afternoon outdoor lunch at the Cannon Brew Pub in downtown Columbus, Georgia, it was time to take a stroll through the downtown and then on to the Columbus Riverwalk. This was taken next to our lunch table. If the weather is nice - and is it ever right now - then I always prefer to eat outside. An added bonus is we can have our dogs with us at the restaurant, since the seating is on the sidewalk.

Great shots and yes to eating with the dogs. We travel to a nearby city to a Freddy's just so Loki can sit outside with us when we eat.

4 years in the making; that's when we put this owl box up. 21 feet up.
Finally, last week (might have been 2 weeks ago), when hiking by Poof heard babies.
So good to have them 30ish yards from the house.

I saw one when I was young on Arran but haven’t seen one since even though I spend a lot of time in the outdoors

There are a couple of viper species in Portugal/Spain that I'm always conscious about when hiking in rocky terrain, they like to hide under rocks so I always do a site check before I sit down for a rest, they are relatively small snakes so easy to miss :-), never mind the scorpions. Other snakes don't bother me at all, in the spring time we have a huge amount of Gartner snakes in our area here in Canada, they are everywhere, I had one as a pet when I was a child.

Thanks Robert. So many photos from here with colourful or stormy skies though and I just had plain.
