(4 edits in all) | Jan 04, 2023 02:31 | #54588 A year ago I ordered a 3d Printer, which took 3 months to get delivered. But, then, the printer sadly sat in an unopened box for an additional 9 months UPDATE: Here is the finished print installed on my rip-cut work table (also Sigma 35mm). The fit is so good that I needed a few taps with the dead blow hammer to slide it into position. IMAGE LINK: https://www.flickr.com/gp/camp_arbo/06noRq935V David | Flickr

I got it warmed up and it works again...bummed because some of the TL work was pretty cool conditions. Website

Looking at the files...exit shows the same shutter speed and there will be 4 different exposures...sticking shutter maybe...because when using the internal intervalomwter it makes it shoot mechanical...

I use a dew heater/lens warmer sometimes with the night sky stuff. Obviously that's mainly to stop dew/condensation on the lens element but the heat may transfer to the body or you may even be able to wrap it around the body.

Jan 05, 2023 23:11 | #54600 David Arbogast wrote in post #19463225 A year ago I ordered a 3d Printer, which took 3 months to get delivered. But, then, the printer sadly sat in an unopened box for an additional 9 months because I literally had no place to put it, and was too busy with other projects to find it a home. But, I finally got around to refurbishing and refinishing the kitchen island that came with our house and repurposed it to our craft room. At last the printer finally has a home! For the last couple of weeks I've been having a great time learning Blender for modeling my 3d projects, and here is the printer working on my latest little project. It's a combination pencil tray and clamp rack for my Festool-based ripping and crosscut work tables. It's a very minor little project, but hopefully it will prove functionally useful while providing a great learning experience regarding the 3d modeling app (Blender) and the 3d printer software (Prusaslicer). When the print is done, I'll post a shot of the completed project. Sigma 35mm 1.2 | Art: ![]() UPDATE: Here is the finished print installed on my rip-cut work table (also Sigma 35mm). The fit is so good that I needed a few taps with the dead blow hammer to slide it into position. ![]() Neat idea David, I hang my festool clamps on a nail stuck into me garage worksop wall. your is a much more elegant solution.
