Not sure where to begin. Primarily a birder using Canon but bought my wife an A7 earlier this year and we're expanding the lens collection and adding a Sigma 150-600 C with M11. I would like to lighten my gear if possible. So much variety of configuration with Sony. I will be reading ALOT.

You'll be disappointed shooting the 150-600 on the Sony. I have the 150-600 sport and I normally use it on the Canon. I have used it on the Sony, but the AF is slow and can struggle quite a bit. I think with standard lenses there is a definite size benefit to the Sony, and it tends to perform fine with adapted lenses, but with a slow supertelephoto . . . . . . . .

So, since my drone shares a sensor with the Rx100 does that count? -?:-P

Now that I think back it might be more like 6k. But I got the A7R, Batis 25, FE 85, FE 50 and now the FE 35.

I had the same experience with the new Tamron 150-600 as well...and the a9, as much of a beast as it is...didn't like the Canon 400 f5.6.

Hehe people post iPhone photos so why not.

Besides.... who doesn't love drone photography?

Makes me wonder if DJI makes the sensor in the Spark or someone else...it doesn't have much DR but it is also a very small sensor.

Thanks for the info. I had read good reviews but can add it to my Canon bag along with the 500mm. I always regretted selling my big Tammy. Nice thing about buying from B&H, it can be returned within 30 days for the cost of shipping.

The FE 16-35 GM does pretty well at 35mm. This was shot at f4.

My son on the left playing with his cousins.

I don't think they make sensors at all. I know they smaller 12mp sensor they use is used by Yuneec as well.

Not a Sony Camera, but a Sony sensor, two from this morning. I forgot to set the camera to raw, and ended up recording the video in MOV format. Ugh.

So, I cannot decide which one of these 2 to print (printing large!). I have some nitpicks on both compositions, but would rather get some unbiased feedback.
