Been on site all week trying to finish this project...tonight the light was good, and I had the good camera...quick LRMobile edit...wandered over to the other side of the lake to scout for photo angles when it comes time to really shoot the building...

I had the option of shooting the moon rise or sunset..... due to cloud coverage, I had to settle for sunset, will try moon rise over the city next time.

I've used the 1.4TC once or twice.

Sigh.... I bought the 1.4 thinking back to the canon days when 1.4 was better than 2.0.... Its a whole new world with Sony.

I still use the EOS 2.0TCiii with the 400DOii on the a9......very workable combo....and I doubt Sony will give me a 400/4 in my lifetime so I make the best of it. I prefer
the FE100-400 with either TC but sometimes the light dictates I base off the F4. As you know Eriet the a9 can AF fast with anything stuck on it.

Having a little fun dreaming about a new camera tonight. I know this will surprise, but the camera I'm contemplating is not the a7R III (though that would be awesome too!), but actually dreaming of an a9.

The idea is having a camera dedicated to street/walk-around shooting, leaving the a7R II as my dedicated landscape/cityscape/architecture camera.

I understand that!!!!;-)a

I miss the "cutting edge" that some here are posting about, and having the same batteries. But I love the A9 it is just really comfortable to use and the file size is so much easier to work with.

I will get the next "R" when that cycle eventually gets here....... so what November?
