Banding comparison, both images shot on the A7r3, both silent mode, but the readout of 1/15 vs 1/30 is the main difference

I'm not sure when I would shoot uncompressed though.

I setup custom dial 1 for my tripod landscape photography. It's really for simplicity, when I shoot custom 1, I'm assured to get 14 bit raw files, rather than fiddle around with a whole load of settings. Essentially you go from 13 stops dynamic range to 14 stops. In practice, it's hard to tell for even the most processed raws. I hardly ever shoot uncompressed. Outside of ISO 100, it loses effectiveness. xpfloyd wrote in post #18576775 We don’t get greentoe here. The guy has said it’s mine for £2300 delivered. The actual Sony logo is below the correct way up. I think I’m going to go for it. Can return it if it’s not as described Leica M11 | Leica Q2 | Sony α7RV

TRhoads Cream of the Crop More info | Mar 03, 2018 15:22 | #12905 so, waiting on the 5K to start this morning, I was hanging out over by the pond when I spotted two male Mallard ducks...at first it looked friendly...it quickly turned feisty! You can see the disturbance they made in the pond, and the one still in the water has a beak full of feathers...I didn't have the 2x on, so I had to crop in to about 50% of the file to get to this layout... I liked the wider feel to it, it got the golden light hitting the trees reflecting on the water too... Website

Probably overpriced, but I don’t wet clean that often, so probably have enough to last me till I get my brand new a7RVII. David | Flickr

Mar 03, 2018 18:10 | #12914 85 1.4 and 200/2 are my two most used lenses now. 85 by far trumps everything else I've ever owned. The GM looks like a great lens.
