I use a Ewa-Marine bag for my 1dx with a flash. It works fine in swimming pools and for shallow water diving, but I wouldn't do any surf photography with it. VanillaImaging.com

If you want to use flash you'll have to be at or very near (think a foot) the surface, otherwise the water kills the signal. VanillaImaging.com

I haven't tried it so I don't know how well it works. I usually use gaffers tape to lock the zoom on my lens, and I set AF back to the shutter button, set the iso to auto and rock on. So one of these(although none for a9/a7r3 model) is overkill? https://meikon.com.hk …sony-camera/a7r-ii-a7s-ii That's got to be the cheapest solid dive housing I've ever seen (price wise). Here in the U.S. all the solid dive houses I've seen start at $1000 for the housing and lens sleeve. I may have to look into that unit. VanillaImaging.com

Mar 11, 2018 19:29 | #13571 I'm feeling the gas, but don't have any cheddar to feed it. :\ I also don't have a clean direction of what I want. A few ideas I have kicked around are the 24-70 GM, 24-105 G, or the Loxia 21mm. I know it's quite the range. I'm finding I prefer to stay light and small with mirrorless, but it sure would be nice to have a 24-105 travel lens. On my last trip I did 95% of the trip with the 5D4 with the 24-105 on it and the A7Rii with the 35 ZA. This summer we may be going to Alaska on a cruise, so I'm also considering that. Last time I rented the Canon 100-400 II. Maybe this time I'll rent the Sony 100-400 GM. Canon EOS M6 Mark II - EOS R5

I couldn't get the verticals corrected in the original so I went with this abstract type image. ![]() Loving the textures and tones in this shot Alfredo. It looks awesome. Gene - My Photo Gallery ||
