The parent company has been around for many years in the UK and I think structuring of a US office is something recent. But all in all if you read reviews (and questions similar to yours) the feedback is good. As an example Google "mpb.com legit" (without the quote marks) and you'll find related content. Keep in mind that much is related to the UK office.
