I think this is pretty neat. Looks like there might be 2 or 3 lights at play here with color filters on them. What do you all think?

BTW, I put this here because there really isn't any nudity in it but if a moderator thinks it needs to be in the glamour and nude section, by all means please move it there.

Shampoo sounds like an unfortunate name for a hair product.

I see at least 3 OCFs with gels: red, yellow/orange and blue

They don't seem like flash or studio lighting. I'm wondering if they are colored light bulbs or gels like you said but over studio lights in modeling mode.

Could be but I have shot with OCF on low power and had similar effects, though not 3 colors, just one.
Someone else may have a better idea :)

Just a "heads up"! I edited my post because I remembered sporadic's "Gel / Film holder for Cokin P (3D Printed)"

Those are just gelled flashes. Yellow and pink rims and blue on the key light.

Looks very similar to the lighting this member posted. Maybe ask them?

Why do they not seem that way? The catchlight indicates that the main light is an octobox or brolly-style softbox. Almost identical to the catchlight in this one, which is a cheap Speedlight in a cheap 42" umbrella softbox: https://flic.kr/p/pTjvTK (external link)

Put a heavy blue gel on the main light, an orange and pink gel on the rim lights, done.

The rest of it is a model with good skin and makeup, and skillful retouching.

Gels on various modifiers. If I had to try recreate: BD with blue, gridded 2x3' sofbox with the amber, and gridded strip with the magenta. It's been a while since I've messed with gels, but IIRC it's something to the effect of low power to get more vibrancy out the colors, but you'll have to use PS to bring out the colors (not to mention the skin work). Brighter/stronger lights will overpower the color of the weaker ones, so use that to your advantage when sculpting your lighting so far as color is concerned.
