Anyone using Contour ShuttlePro v2 with Photoshop? My Photoshop settings won't apply

Photoshop CC, all latest updates
ShuttlePro driver 3.0.36

New ShuttlePro owner. It works just fine with every other application - I can customize settings for individual apps and when I switch to that app, the ShuttlePro properly applies my custom settings for that app.

However, this is not the case for Photoshop. When I switch to Photoshop the ShuttlePro reverts to the "All Applications" settings instead of detecting Photoshop. Does anyone have experience and potential troubleshooting options for this?
