BW, no collar. :-) But if you are fan of The Hound of the Baskervilles, then glowing green cast on saliva and teethes it is color then. :-D

Definitely BW and get rid of the collar, it would have been nicer if there was a bit more space below the dogs jaw and the head had been more to the right.

What have you done to the colour version it looks a bit soft and cloudy.

Bw.
Make it 16:9 by adding more background and cropping the top a bit cannot say it will work, but worth a try

Also both images have some sort of text overlay - get rid of it.
