Not sure what the heck Adobe did, because this tool used to work great.... :( It's not blending the layers well at all, as of recently. I tried to RE-edit an old image (pano, so multiple images). Of course, when I edit one image, I sync the changes to all images in the pano, prior to stitching. I've done this dozens of times in the past with NO issues, always seamless (literally). Now my images look like @#$% :( Anyone else encounter this issue? Suggestions? Any feedback greatly appreciated.

It's been a long time since I've used it, but last night I merged two shots with the latest version of CC and it seemed to work fine. The biggest problem is losing a lot of the image due to cropping, but that's 100% my fault. Sometimes it's just hard to visualize what you "need" in frame.

What was the subject? Maybe it just got lost with a unusually complex details.

I imagine this kind of thing can be pretty frustrating (like the new inability to use ACR to tone 32bit images).

What version/OS/platform of PS?

What format are your source images?

Can you upload an image set (Dropbox, etc.) for others to try to see if it is a PS thing or if it is something on your machine that has initiated the new problem?

+1 for ICE. Does RAW too, though you need to tick the Maximise Compatibility box.
