Picture 1 looks almost like its computer generated.....did you process it that way or is it more or less SOOC?

hi,
the pictures are just as photographed, not processed. we had to get to the area first thing in the morning as the light changes very quickly. from where we parked the 4x4 vehicle, it is probably a 20min walk through the sand to get to the area.we were the first there and the light was amazing. surrounded by huge sand dunes the bowl with the trees made amazing shapes. it used to be a fertile area, but the shifting sand dunes blocked the river and the area dried up, leaving the trees to slowly die. amazing place. it is called deadvlei, in the soussevlei desert area of Namibia.
