I hope to get some video of the fluttering someday. It's one interesting behavior that I don't see in many birds.

I'm sure they're around. Find an overgrown field with a forested area nearby. Under high tension power lines is a good area for this. I have never seen one around my house, I guess they don't like bird feeders much..
