I think it is a Black-throated sparrow but they are not common in Florida and I have not seen one before. On a visit to my Dr office today they were all over the place and appeared to be nesting.

Disappointed Thanks guys. As you might guess we don get a lot of sparrows in my area, I have five feeders in my back yard and have only briefly seen sparrows twice, they looked slimer and no black chest
