It comes with free adapter to Sony E and a free metal hood

When I bought it from a seller from Japan, they cleaned the glass and had it checked with fungus and haze.

I'm not really a big fan of 50ish FL on FF. i just bought this to try.

Item condition: No fungus, no haze. glass looks good. no scratch. bodies has signs of use of course as usual for vintage lens. Focus ring is so smooth. Aperture rings are clicky.
