I'm skeptical about low light portraits. If it is not enough light, noise less 12K ISO is not going to make it looks as good as with enough light. It will make it looks like artificial night scene in modern vampire movies. :)
In opposite, modern flash and cameras fw are capable of good portraits. Just like Fuji has in latest consumer cameras. They even have special term for this flash mode. Not to mention eye and face recognition.
