The annual river run of spawning gaspereaux is just about over, and the eagles seem to sense that. They have congregated on the upper reaches of the Wallace River in Nova Scotia at low tide to make a feast. One eagle has a partially missing beak. No idea what happened to him or when, but he seems to be getting along OK.
