A couple images of my friend's daughter, I thought I had posted them a while back but can't find them anywhere.
I was watching her for the day and thought I'd use her for experimenting with my little indoor studio. It was a bit difficult getting her to hold still and stay in certain poses, and I know I didn't get the eyes in good focus but it was a good learning experience.
Critiques are welcome.

I like that its overexposed...it it flushes out facial details...seems more "angelic"...if that means anything..

Didn't think of it that way, but now that you say it, that definitely makes sense why I personally like it. I think it's mainly personal preference, though part of me feels the nose area and between the eyes are a little overexposed but I think she just doesn't have a lot of detail there anyways..... :)

Agreed. I'd pull back the highlights a little on image #1. Image #2 looks overexposed in general, so I'd drop the exposure 1/3-1/2, then evaluate the highlights after. My kids were both very light (one still is) and it can be a challenge to tame the highlights, especially on their cheeks where they really want to reflect any light coming from above. I prefer the expression and composition in image #1.
