False positives as in the NAZA geofence thinks an airport is nearby when there is none for miles around.

i disagree really...the people that are tempted to turn off the geo-fences are the ones that would've probably flown them where they weren't supposed to anyways.

Actually I know a number of people, myself included who have disabled the Phantom geo-fencing because of the unneeded restrictions it puts in place.

Depends. Filing flightplans and keeping up with FARs never bothered me before so I wouldn't hesitate to do so if I could get access into certain airspace that would be otherwise be closed off. But if it was something small that I'd be flying around the house, there's really no point.
