Looking to buy a 120 film camera to shoot some film...

Must work...wanting to shoot a roll or 2 per week. I have been sifting through eBay...ughhh...

Prefer a box or TLR.....its for fun with my grand kids.

Let me know what you have.

Nikon D850 and a bunch of stuff, I have learned a lot here when I was shooting Canon, staying to keep learning..."Every time I set up I learn something new".

Go back to E-Bay the only decent camera in that price range will be a Yashica. Don't bother with any of the off brand junk.

Don't be afraid to buy on E-Bay selling is another story. Your job is to check the sellers feedback examine the photos and ask
questions as required. Buying new high end stick with name stores B&H, Adorama etc.

KEH is a good place to look. They often have rebate coupons that make prices more attractive than Ebay offerings. Descriptions are always accurate and service is hassle-free.

Here you go where the shutter doesn't work. All the good stuff seller states is useless.

I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on this one.

JMHO. YMMV.

No way...under $100 for a medium format camera. Does it work???? :) Generally, a Yashical Mat under $100 means it has not been CLA. Shutter may be slow. The seal needs to be replaced. Scratches on lens and maybe haze and fungus. These Yashical is over 70 years old. Not only that....the TLR market has been overpriced for some time too. You would have more options if your budget is under $250. You can fix a slow shutter and replacing the seal. Fungus and haze and fog on lens???

my budget did go up...I bought an Olympus trip 35 for now. I still would prefer a member here as I have had only great experiences in many transactions here.
