Adapter advise for an old Konica AR 50mm 1.8

Picked this up at a flea market for $5 up north. Excellent condition.
Any advise on adapters?

Will I loose a stop?

I haven't any AR lenses, but I know that if you want to maintain infinity focus with AR lenses, then you have to use adapters with optical elements.

The adapter with infinity focus I have seen is basically a 1.4x teleconverter, therefore you will lose a stop (and the lens will become a 70mm FL). Considering the price of the adapter, I would not bother.

The other option is getting a cheap mount adapter with no optical elementa and using the lens for near distances only.
