Probably just me but the mouth to mouth thing they have going on seems a little weird.

Cute baby and nice candid-type capture. Maybe add a vignette, and I'd clone out the little flyaway atop mom's forehead. A slight boost in clarity would make it pop some more. Mom's are always kissing on their babies and babies love it!

Very nice. My only suggestion is maybe soften the grooves at the back of Mom's neck where holding her head back compresses the skin.

Not just you. It looks more like a couple's kiss than a parental kiss.

Thanks for the suggestion. He doesn't know how to put his lips together for a kiss. He kiss with his mouth open like he is going to bite you lol.

I haven't completed any pp, so I should tone down the magenta?

Right, just lighten those lines a little.

I like the IDEA of the mom and baby kiss/interaction but the execution didn't work out so well because it looks like Mom is trying to slip him the tongue. Ew. Perhaps if you made it black and white the tongue might not be so obvious?

You're not familiar with lip anatomy. There's no tongue in the picture. This mom has full lips -- that's all.
