Body Condition: Good for the age. Some scratches on the body, but overall nice. Batteries are not the best, but hold a charge for a session for sure.

Shutter count accurate?

I believe it to be, I ran it through an online shutter count program.

That's not entirely true. It's embedded in the image files for 1D, 1D MkII, and 1D MkII N, at least. This DPR post does a good job of explaining that the value is held in 2 parts, and the software tools that get it wrong are only checking one of those parts:

...and, yes, that the embedded value apparently can be hacked. So, your ultimate buying decision can still come down to the seller's reputation.

I've used camerashuttercount recently on a couple of beat up 1D MkII bodies, and they were at almost 400,000 clicks. Clearly, the value has not rolled over by folder count, or at 100K, as some have claimed.

I'm not sure what to say.

I googled how to get the shutter count on this model and multiple websites showed up. I picked one of them and uploaded a photo. What is pictured was the result.

EdZep, thanks for the info on exiftool, I'll look into it this weekend.
