Hi, this is my 1st post in Macro forum. I like macro, but I hate insects, so I had to come up with something different.

Metz 54 MZ-4 w/Quantum b/pack, 3 X Sigma EF-500 DG Super, Sigma Macro ringflash

Wonderful "action" shot, but why doesn't the second hand line up on the second markers? :)
Guess that's one way to time your shots :)

How can you hate insects! tsk tsk! Nice shot, like the idea, did very well. As Mick said, sooner or later you'll get used to insects. Since hanging out here for the past six or so weeks, I've overcome my fear of spiders. I'm now quite intrigued by them, maybe you'll end up the same!

Yeah, I have to overcome my fear.I agree. Maybe I should watch "Fear Factor" more often:D.
